I was rear ended and moved about 100 ft in March. I had heard of this collision repair site from Smoochy on La Mega 96.3fm. Since the moment I called Cathy, from the office was amazing. She answered all my questions and Keyla dealt with the other parties insurance and mine to get my car taken care of. Every time I had a question and called they were super friendly and both Cathy and Keyla left me at ease with answering any doubts and questions. The process was a bit long due to the other parties Insurance but my attorney got them moving and the shop was finally able to start on repairs. Without a doubt when I picked up my car it was left as if it was brand new! Jaime was great with the attention to detail and they even detailed my car inside and that I am super thankful for. She was not only friendly and patient but also highly professional. Her regular updates, whether through calls or messages, gave me peace of mind and showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I also had the opportunity to visit my car during the repair process, and the staff was accommodating and welcoming. Jesus, in particular, was kind and patient with my husband and me, ensuring we felt reassured that our vehicle was in good hands.
