I was involved in a minor car collision last month and needed to have my car towed to a collision repair shop. The original shop I chose that was in-network with my insurance had horrible customer service from the start, so an acquaintance had recommended Mac Auto. I spoke to Jaime (owner) to explain my situation and confirm that they could actually service my car, and that they weren’t backlogged. He sent a tow truck to pick-up my car and when I finally arrived to their shop, I was greeted with friendly faces and was invited into a nice waiting area while they contacted Enterprise to come pick me up (my insurance had already arranged a reservation for me).

It took about an entire month (03 OCT to 03 NOV) for the entire process – insurance estimator, supplemental claim submission, ordering and receiving parts, and finally completing the repairs – but the ladies who staff their office never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I called to ask for status updates. When I got the call that my car was finally done and ready for pickup, I asked if I could check out the car before signing the insurance check over to them and signing any other papers. Jesus (manager) was extremely professional and accommodating – there were maybe a few paint chips that I asked to be filled in, which they did no hassle, no problem, and the ladies in the office made the check-out process SUPER easy and painless that it still almost feels too good to be true. You guys, they also detailed my car and polished the headlights – it’s a 10 year old car, still in pretty good condition, but they made it look NEW. Hopefully I won’t ever need their services again, but if I do get into another collision *knocks on wood,* this will be my go-to shop.

  I was rear ended and moved about 100 ft in March. I had heard of this collision repair site from Smoochy on La Mega 96.3fm. Since the moment I called Cathy, from the office was amazing. She answered all my questions and Keyla dealt with the other parties insurance and mine to get my car taken care of. Every time I had a question and called they were super friendly and both Cathy and Keyla left me at ease with answering any doubts and questions. The process was a bit long due to the other parties Insurance but my attorney got them moving and the shop was finally able to start on repairs. Without a doubt when I picked up my car it was left as if it was brand new! Jaime was great with the attention to detail and they even detailed my car inside and that I am super thankful for. Without a doubt if I ever need another collision repair I will be coming back to them. Hassle free, no problems and well taken care of! Thank you Mac Auto Collision for taking care of me and my like new Honda Civic! Being that this is my only car it was very important for me to get it repaired 100% and you guys delivered!!
